I am very impressed firstly with the prompt 1-day delivery. Secondly with the quality of the product. I will definitely buy from Nox and Padel Deals in the future
good quality and true to size...
Excellent
If I could rate 10 stars I would. I've used every function that they offer (Purchase, Return, Warranty Claim). I bought a racket and ended up changing my mind, the refund process was seamless and efficient. Another racket I bought, cracked at the base after about 3 months, they were swift in refunding me with store credit and also gave me the option of a replacement. Excellent turnaround time for queries, deliveries and overall service is outstanding.
No problems excellent service cannot complain about anything Communication is important when receiving items and they nail that keeping you updated through the process Thank you
