Orders with a value of R1500 and more are eligible for free standard shipping; orders with a value below R1500 will incur a standard shipping fee of R100.

In general orders will be delivered between 1 to 5 working days.

Delivery times mentioned above only serve as a guideline, we will strive to have your product delivered within these times but due to the nature of transport there may be unforeseen delays beyond our control.

If your delivery address is outside city center's or in remote areas there might be a potential delay in your delivery

Following confirmation of your order and specified delivery address, modifications to the address or delivery option are regretfully not accommodated.

We reserve the right to engage with customers to explore alternative delivery methods and adjusted timelines, particularly if the delivery address is classified as remote. In circumstances where delivery is deemed unfeasible, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

To ensure the security of your purchase, the carrier will only deliver to the designated address and to either you or a nominated individual indicated on the delivery notes of the order, authorized to receive the package.

The courier may ask the recipient for proof of identity. Upon delivery, the recipient will need to sign the waybill as confirmation of receiving the parcel in an undamaged and satisfactory state. Proof of ID may be requested for authentication purposes.
