Returns and Refunds Policy

Return and Exchange Window

We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges, starting from the day you receive your order.

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal value.
  • If you prefer a refund, we offer two options:
  1. - We can arrange for item collection at your address, subject to a return fee of R150 for rackets and R200 for bags.
  2. - Alternatively, you may return the item using your own shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable and non-refundable items include:

  • Rackets
  • Balls
  • Bags
  • Grips
  • Gift Cards

Exception: Rackets and/or bags, are eligible for return only if they have a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of wear, use, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@padeldeals.co.za
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm its arrival and the outcome.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If a refund or cancellation is requested due to customer error, applicable service fees will be deducted.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as you remain responsible for the items until they are received and signed for by us.

Product Quality Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect. 
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@padeldeals.co.za.
