Racquet feels a bit "flat".
Thanks very much for the professionalism, the equipment received in excellent condition and packaged well.
Padel Racquet works well for beginner level. I did notice the racket is starting to flake after just 1 session playing. The wrist strap is a bit annoying, it can sit a bit uncomfortably after a few mintes.
Excellent
If I could rate 10 stars I would. I've used every function that they offer (Purchase, Return, Warranty Claim). I bought a racket and ended up changing my mind, the refund process was seamless and efficient. Another racket I bought, cracked at the base after about 3 months, they were swift in refunding me with store credit and also gave me the option of a replacement. Excellent turnaround time for queries, deliveries and overall service is outstanding.
No problems excellent service cannot complain about anything Communication is important when receiving items and they nail that keeping you updated through the process Thank you
