The Control 3.4 is an Adidas padel bag for players who want practicality and style without carrying a full tour paletero. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I've used every function that they offer (Purchase, Return, Warranty Claim). I bought a racket and ended up changing my mind, the refund process was seamless and efficient. Another racket I bought, cracked at the base after about 3 months, they were swift in refunding me with store credit and also gave me the option of a replacement. Excellent turnaround time for queries, deliveries and overall service is outstanding.
