If I could rate 10 stars I would. I've used every function that they offer (Purchase, Return, Warranty Claim). I bought a racket and ended up changing my mind, the refund process was seamless and efficient. Another racket I bought, cracked at the base after about 3 months, they were swift in refunding me with store credit and also gave me the option of a replacement. Excellent turnaround time for queries, deliveries and overall service is outstanding.

1 Star – Disappointing Return Experience and Lack of Clear Information I purchased a Bullpadel
1 Star – Disappointing Return Experience and Lack of Clear Information I purchased a Bullpadel Vertex 04 Women racket from PadelDeals on 6 October 2026, based on the advertised weight range of 345–360 g, specifically seeking a lightweight racket of approximately 345 g. After receiving the racket on 11 October, I removed the plastic wrapping around the grip to properly assess its balance, weight and feel. The safety wrist cord was also wrapped into the grip, making proper evaluation difficult without removing the wrapping. The supplier subsequently relied on the removal of the grip wrapping as a reason for refusing the return. At no stage before purchase, or in the written product information supplied with the racket, was I specifically warned that removing the grip wrapping to evaluate the racket would affect my return rights. The published return policy also did not expressly identify removal of the grip wrapping as a separate exclusion. I find this experience extremely disappointing, particularly the lack of clear advance disclosure of this condition. I have raised the matter formally and am considering further action under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act. Consumers should be clearly informed of important return restrictions before purchasing, not only after requesting a return.
